Radici Experience
Embark on an immersive journey to the island of Pellestrina, the wild heart of the Venice Lagoon. Originally inhabited by people with “strange skin” (Pelle-strana), this island has maintained a deep connection with nature and sociality over time.
Residence Kitchen
This is the most expansive, free, and immersive itinerary. Choose from the available directions and spend an entire day aboard the boat with one of the star chefs of the Edipo Re team. This project is dedicated to the Venice Lagoon, environmental sustainability, and the enhancement of the lands and products of the lagoon.
Dolomia Experience
Born from a collaboration between Dolomia and Edipo Re, the Dolomia Experience aims to connect natural elements and aromas with their consumption in an immersive and participatory framework, harmonising deeply with the surrounding environment.
Alimenta Experience
In this experience, human labuor on nature takes center stage. Visitors will grasp the power of giving and receiving. Here, you will create tradition in real-time. This itinerary symbolically unites the north and south of Italy, specifically S. Erasmo and Benevento.
