Choose one of the offered directions and spend a full day aboard the vessel with one of the stellar chefs of the Edipo Re team. This project is dedicated to the lagoon, environmental sustainability, and the enhancement of the lagoon’s lands and products. The menu varies depending on the catch of the day and the selection of vegetables from the islands’ gardens.
